Si potrebbe parlare per ore di esecuzioni simili, invece diremo semplicemente ma Veramente, il termine più ingiustamente abusato, di solito: GRANDISSIMA!

Thanks. But we need a complete recording of this opera not just this aria and the overture. Actually it is more realistic in a stammer if you begin stuttering by just sounding some consonants in the rests. I did that as Vasek in the duet with Marenka and the Act lll Aria in a concert. Why did Bastianini die so young?

He deserved every "hour" of that ovation. What a shame he couldn't watch his weight, which made him a likely candidate for a massive heart attack, esp. with the singing strain. He probably could have continued singing for another decade.
